New patients will complete the full intake and return it 2-3 days prior to their scheduled appointment. Most often a new patient will undergo an Initial Evaluation , which will be followed up in 2-3 business days with a Report of Findings, at the report the client and the clinician will determine which of the care plans (Platinum, Gold, or Bronze) is the the best fit for the needs of the client.

Care is taken very seriously at Immortalata. Clients receive only one on one care as well as plans as unique as they are. Our clinician may be working with no more than 80 clients at any given time, this assures complete, intimate, individual care.
